The Nursing Assistant Study Program has strong relevance to the Youth Red Cross (PMR) extracurricular activities, particularly in strengthening humanitarian and Islamic values. However, the integration requires in-depth examination to ensure optimal implementation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Nursing Assistant Study Program in supporting Islamic values-based PMR extracurricular activities at SMK Kesehatan Bakti Assyukur Cipatat. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, head of the study program, PMR supervisor, Islamic education teacher, and students. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while validity was ensured through triangulation and member checking. The findings reveal that nursing assistant competencies are integrated into PMR activities through first aid training, health education, and the internalization of Islamic values such as mutual assistance (ta’awun), responsibility, and social care. This integration contributes to shaping students’ religious, humanitarian, and professional character. Therefore, the synergy between nursing competencies and Islamic-based PMR activities serves as an effective contextual learning model for strengthening students’ character
